RETURN POLICY

 

Our return and exchange policy is effective for 15 days from the date of purchase. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange. 

 

To be eligible for a return or an exchange, you must notify KO Metals within 15 days from the date of purchase by emailing kim@mometals.com. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and sent using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returned items being lost or damaged during shipping.  

 

Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

 

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within five (5) business days.  How do I do this?

 

Exchanges

 

We only replace items if they are defective.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at kim@kometals.com and send your item to: <Address>, <City>, MN, XXXXX, United States.  Many of the metal products have the design created by person and not machine, as a result, each product may have visual variables such as the location of circles and stripes and intensity of the industrial look.  How can we address this as an individual piece of art.   

 

Shipping

 

Mail your product to: <Address>, <City>, MN, XXXXX, United States.  Exchanges and Shipping should have a different or same address.  Until I have a shop or even if I continue to work from my home and create a studio, do you recommend a postal box at UPS store or other?

 

You will be responsible for all return shipping costs. If the product is deemed defective, a credit for the cost of return shipping will be automatically credited to your original method of payment, within five (5) business days.  If product passes inspection prior to shipping and the customer states that the product is defective, is this a shipping issue if it comes back and how do I address this with UPS or other?  I'm sure once I start to ask the questions, the process will be clear.  Not sure what service will have the best value for reliability.  Does it become a legal question if there is disagreement with a product being defective or is the customer always right.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take to receive your exchanged product will vary.
